HOA Income and Expenses highlights

• Increase paying members to about 62. We added 8 new paying members this year.

• Member Contributions totaled 15,395.00. This was our best year in the last 7 years. 

• With contributions from donations directly to the security cameras and additional paying members we purchased needed equipment for cameras. 

• Worked to get a refund for June landscaping. Ended service with Plantscapes due to lack of consistent service and communication.

• Board is currently looking for a new landscaping company to mow.
